This is the worst consultancy I ever seen... Please don't join any client company with this thakralone pay roll... They play with the emotions of employees. As a payroll company, please don’t join. If a client company closes the project, suddenly they will throw you out, and they won’t even check for other projects.

They don't have a proper hiring mechanism, they don't have clarity for the roles they hire people. So it will end up in firing people especially in recruitment.
