Office Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms. Handle daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Administrative Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Deliver documents, files, or packages to designated locations within or outside the office. Help in organizing office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked. Hospitality Duties: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests. Assist during meetings by setting up refreshments or arranging the meeting room. Errands: Perform outdoor duties, such as visiting banks, collecting/delivering courier packages, or making small purchases. Support Staff: Assist team members in day-to-day office activities, as instructed. Handle ad hoc tasks and errands efficiently.
