TGT Science Teacher (Biology Major) About the Role: Delhi Public School Tajpur invites dynamic and passionate educators to join our academic team as a TGT Science Teacher with a strong foundation in Biology and the capability to teach Chemistry up to Grade 10 . The ideal candidate must have a thorough command over the CBSE curriculum and a clear understanding of Foundation-level preparation (NEET, NTSE, Olympiads, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Teach Biology to middle and secondary school students (up to Grade 10), and Chemistry up to Grade 10. Design lesson plans in alignment with CBSE and Foundation curriculum . Use innovative, activity-based, and inquiry-led teaching methods to foster scientific temperament. Integrate technology and interdisciplinary approaches into classroom practices. Track and support individual student performance and mentor aspiring learners for competitive exams. Collaborate with fellow educators to plan assessments, projects, and academic events. Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology (mandatory) with B.Ed. Strong academic knowledge of CBSE syllabus for Classes 6–12 . Comfortable with Chemistry teaching up to Class 10 . Exposure to Foundation preparation techniques for Olympiads/NEET/NTSE. Excellent communication skills and classroom engagement. Passion for student-centered and concept-based learning . Preferred: Experience in teaching at reputed CBSE/competitive exam-focused schools. Certification in educational technology tools or training programs.
