As a Science Teacher for middle and secondary school students (Grades 6-10), you will be responsible for teaching Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum. You will conduct hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and practical activities to enhance student understanding. Assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry in the classroom. To excel in this role, you must integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to create interactive and effective learning experiences for students. Organizing science exhibitions, field trips, and laboratory activities will also be part of your duties. Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring a positive learning environment are essential aspects of this position. Collaboration with parents, fellow teachers, and school administration to support student growth is also required. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related field) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification. A minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level is necessary. Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills are essential. A passion for teaching and inspiring students in science subjects is a key requirement for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
