Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to teach middle school students (Grades 6–8). The teacher will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring conceptual clarity in foundational physics while integrating hands-on activities and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Physics for Grades 6–8 in alignment with the school curriculum/board guidelines.
• Create interactive, student-centered learning experiences through experiments, demonstrations, and technology integration.
• Assess, evaluate, and record students’ progress through tests, projects, and classroom participation.
• Provide individual support and guidance to students to enhance their academic performance.
• Foster scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and contribute to school events and activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
• Stay updated with modern teaching strategies, pedagogical tools, and subject advancements.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics / Science (with specialization in Physics) from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is compulsory
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at middle school level (Grades 6–8).
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, smart boards, and online learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
