Job Title: TGT Mathematics Teacher

Job Summary: we are hiring Residential staff

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Mathematics to teach students of middle and secondary school levels. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the subject matter, skilled in classroom management, and capable of inspiring students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation of mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet learning objectives and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Conduct periodic tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate students’ academic performance.
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in academic meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the school.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a major subject.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Strong command over mathematical concepts and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology-based learning tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms (e.g., smart boards, online learning tools).
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude toward continuous learning.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
