Instructing and demonstrating physical activities: PE teachers demonstrate and explain different exercises, sports techniques, and fitness routines to students. They provide clear instructions on proper form, safety precautions, and rules of the activities, ensuring students understand and follow them correctly. Assessing and evaluating student progress: PE teachers assess and evaluate students' performance and progress in physical activities. They conduct regular assessments, such as skill tests, fitness assessments, and game play evaluations, to monitor individual and group achievements.
