Role Overview: As a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Hindi at the academic institution, your primary role will be to teach middle and senior school students the nuances of the Hindi language. You will play a crucial part in developing their language, writing, and speaking skills while instilling an appreciation for the depth of Hindi culture and literature. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in Hindi, covering grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and oral communication. - Implement the school's Hindi curriculum, adapting lessons to cater to individual student needs and learning styles. - Assess student progress through various methods and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Maintain a positive classroom environment, encourage student participation, and handle behavioral issues effectively. - Offer additional support to students as needed and motivate them to participate in language-related activities. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings. - Stay updated on the latest trends in Hindi education, participate in professional development activities, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field, along with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the middle or senior school level. - Skills: Strong command of the Hindi language, profound knowledge of Hindi literature, grammar, and vocabulary, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to make learning engaging, familiarity with digital tools for teaching.,
