Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and passionate TGT Hindi Teacher to join our school in Samastipur, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students to develop proficiency in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for middle and secondary school students.
• Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
• Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods.
• Evaluate student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration for academic planning.
• Organize extracurricular activities, competitions, and cultural programs related to Hindi.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of teaching experience as a TGT / Hindi teacher.
• Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and motivating students.
