TGT Biology Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Biology to teach middle and secondary school students (Classes 6 to 10). The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Biology concepts, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to engage students through interactive and concept-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Biology for Classes 6 to 10 as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments in line with the academic calendar.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student understanding.
• Conduct practicals and guide students in laboratory work.
• Track student progress and maintain academic records.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents through PTMs.
• Prepare students for periodic tests, term exams, Olympiads, and other competitions.
• Encourage curiosity and scientific thinking among students.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers and participate in school events.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Attend staff meetings, training programs, and workshops.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Zoology/Botany with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/State board schools.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Knowledge of digital teaching tools (smart board, presentations, online assessments).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,540.17 - ₹40,545.88 per month
