Position : Production Manager Location : Himachal Pradesh Experience : 3-4 years Qualification : B.Sc./M.sc., B. Pharma, D. Pharma (Preferred) Salary : 22,000-33,000 Per month Full time/On site work Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely output. Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing and Production Records (BMR/BPR) for all batches. Ensure product quality meets company standards and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with QC, R&D, and Packaging teams for efficient Ayurvedic medicine production. Troubleshoot production issues, including technical, supply chain, and quality concerns. Manage production schedules and inventory levels to meet delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with SOPs. Train and guide production staff to maintain high performance and skill levels. Drive process improvements and innovation for enhanced efficiency. Capable of leading and managing teams of 5-10 personnel. Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Sc./M.sc. in any discipline B. Pharma / D. Pharma (Ayurveda) (preferred) Experience: 3–4 years in a production role, ideally in the Ayurvedic or food industry Working knowledge of Ayurvedic dosage forms, raw material handling, and packaging Familiar with BMR/BPR documentation and GMP compliance Preferred Skills: Practical experience with Ayurvedic manufacturing equipment Understanding of Ayurvedic formulations and herb properties Awareness of regulatory norms governing Ayurvedic product manufacturing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Application Question(s): Do you have production experience in Ayush manufacturing unit?
