ROLE: Part-Time Onboarding Facilitator (Remote)- State Level TGG India is launching a major initiative to onboard District Level Advisors across all states in India. We are seeking experienced, highly driven professionals with end-to-end recruiting and onboarding expertise to join us as Onboarding Facilitators. This is a flexible, part-time, work from home opportunity to our national expansion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Outreach & Sourcing: Aggressively identify and target high-potential candidates for the District Level Advisor role within your designated state. End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, including screening, interviewing, and finalizing documentation for the Advisors. Training Coordination: Coordinate initial training sessions and ensure new Advisors are fully integrated into the TGG India mission and framework. Goal Achievement: Successfully onboard one District Level Advisor from every district within your assigned state. REQUIREMENTS: Recruitment Experience: Proven background in end-to-end recruiting, candidate screening, and onboarding (preferably 5+ years of experience). Communication Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills in English and the local language of the state you are applying for. Residency: Must be a current resident of the state you are applying to facilitate. Self-Driven: Must be highly organized and capable of working effectively in a remote, part-time capacity. Compensation & Career Growth: Compensation Structure: This is a performance-based opportunity. Compensation is directly tied to the number of successful enrollment completions of District Level Advisors and the Business Development facilitated by you. Future Opportunity: Upon the successful completion of the initial onboarding assignment, you will be engaged as a Business Development Facilitator and Associate of TGG Family to permanently expand state-level activities for TGG India. QUALIFICATIONS: Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules, programs, and deliverables efficiently. Proficiency with virtual communication tools and technology platforms used for remote onboarding. Ability to conduct orientations and adapt to the unique needs of each new member.
