Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and passionate 3D, Graphics and VFX Faculty/ Trainer with minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience, any added teaching experience will be preferred but not essential to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard software, a strong portfolio of creative work, and the ability to teach and inspire students in the fields of 3D animation and visual effects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom training sessions for students in 3D Animation and VFX. Develop and deliver course content, including lectures, hands-on exercises, and assignments. Teach industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premieir Pro, After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the animation and VFX industry to ensure course content remains relevant. Guide students in building a strong portfolio and mentor them for career opportunities. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams. Collaborate with the academic team to create an engaging and effective curriculum. Maintain an interactive and student-focused learning environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Premier Pro After Effects Autodesk Maya Blender ZBrush Substance Painter Unreal Engine Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, rigging, animation, and VFX pipelines. Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D Animation and VFX. Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A creative portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D and VFX.
