We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Café Crew members to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Prior experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages following café standards. Handle food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and light meals. Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the café (counter, tables, equipment, etc.). Provide friendly, efficient customer service and address guest inquiries. Handle cash transactions and use POS systems accurately. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts. Requirements: No prior experience required (training provided), but café/barista experience is a plus. Passion for coffee, food, and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Nice to Have: Barista certification or coffee-making experience. Job Summary The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience in food and beverage management. Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 2. Customer Service Foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly. Train staff in customer service best practices. 3. Staff Management Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise café staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 1 years in café/restaurant management or supervisory role. Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, sales analysis). Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe). Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills. Personal Traits: Passion for coffee and food service.
