About the role Support our Sales & Marketing team in lead generation, outreach, campaign execution, events, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Build target lists and qualify leads. Run outbound (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn) and book demos/meetings. Join client visits with seniors; take MoMs and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain CRM hygiene: update stages, next steps, notes daily. Assist in content: short posts, case-study snippets, basic creatives. Execute email/WhatsApp campaigns; track opens, replies, conversions. Support local events/expos: booth setup, lead capture, post-event nurture. Collect customer testimonials and competitor intel. What You’ll Learn ICP, basic BANT/MEDDIC, objection handling, territory planning. CRM workflows, list building, campaign execution. Content/calendar planning, analytics, and funnel reporting. Requirements MBA — fresher or pursuing. Strong communication in English & Hindi. Comfortable with MS Office; bonus: Canva, basic Excel formulas, any CRM. High ownership, punctuality, and willingness for travel. Nice to Have Prior internship, fest sponsorships, or field marketing experience. Basic copywriting/design sense; email sequencing or LinkedIn outreach tools.
