Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the Thermic Fluid Heating (TFH) System installed at the company site. Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures issued by the company. Supervise and manage the TFH operation team on site. Prepare, update, and maintain all documentation required in the TFH operational area. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the departmental heads of the company. Maintain punctuality and a regular presence without absenteeism. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Science / ITI (Mechanical or Electrical) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a related industry. Freshers with strong knowledge are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi). Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong documentation and team supervision skills. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai Metro / Thane / Kalyan / Navi Mumbai.
