As a Full-Time Graphic Designer, you are required to have 3 - 5 years of work experience in the field. Graduates or Master's Degree holders are also welcome to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred, with a background in the sports industry or a good understanding of the industry. Experience in video editing is a plus. Your responsibilities will include preparing work by gathering information and materials, planning concepts, illustrating concepts through rough layouts, obtaining approval, operating typesetting equipment, preparing final layouts, ensuring equipment operation, coordinating with external agencies, and staying updated on design trends. To excel in this role, you must possess strong graphic design skills, video creation/editing abilities, layout skills, analytical thinking, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, deadline orientation, proficiency in desktop publishing tools and graphic design software, acute vision, time-management skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection. The prerequisites for this position include a Bachelor's degree in textile design, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other graphic suites, a good understanding of regional, Indian, and international markets, and the capability to predict trends in colors, designs, textures, and patterns.
