As a 3D Visualizer (RHINO), your primary responsibility will be to construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations. You will collaborate with interior designers, architects, or graphic designers to assist in space planning and design details. Applying textures and implementing appropriate lighting techniques to the models will be part of your daily tasks. You will utilize special rendering software to create 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life objects. Moreover, your role will involve enhancing images and incorporating special effects creatively to meet project requirements. In this role, you will be expected to deliver Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the field and hold a Diploma in Architecture. It is essential to have the ability to work on various high-profile architectural and interior projects such as IT Campuses, Corporate Office Buildings, Commercial Complexes, Retail Malls, Residential Apartments Complexes, townships, Group Housing projects, Star Hotels, and Resorts. Your tasks will include preparing 3D renderings, walk-throughs, and color renderings of plans using software like 3D studio. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs in artistic fields to enhance project visualizations.
