Managing Daily Operations: Overseeing all aspects of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring efficient functioning, and maximizing profitability. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering new items, and managing inventory effectively. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Store Appearance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including merchandising standards and in-store displays. Specific Textile Knowledge: Product Knowledge: Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of textile products, fabric types, and care instructions, and educating staff on these areas.
