As a Store Sales Associate, your main role will involve greeting customers as they enter the store and answering their questions while providing assistance with their requests. You will be responsible for executing purchases and returns at the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Additionally, you will restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining a tidy and appealing store environment. In case of any customer complaints or issues, you will address them promptly and professionally.
