Responsibilities: Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lab, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization. Testing & Quality Control: Conduct and supervise zipper testing according to established standards, analyzing results and providing detailed reports. Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, providing timely and effective solutions. Technical Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to customers on zipper usage, maintenance, and quality standards. Equipment Maintenance & Calibration: Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of testing and lab dip equipment..
