We're looking for a passionate and skilled Textile Designer to join our growing creative team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing textile designs that align with our product vision and market trends. This role demands strong aesthetic sensibilities, hands-on knowledge of design software, and prior experience in home furnishing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative textile designs for cushion covers, bedsheets, rugs, carpets, and other home furnishing products.
• Research market trends, colors, materials, and techniques relevant to home décor and textiles.
• Create print patterns, weaves, embroideries, and textures that cater to various international and domestic markets.
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams to translate design concepts into final products.
• Prepare detailed tech packs with specifications, fabric selections, colorways, and artwork.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure design execution aligns with quality and production standards.
• Participate in mood board development, seasonal collections, and buyer presentations.
• Conduct sampling reviews and suggest corrections where needed.
• Maintain a digital archive of designs, samples, and past collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in the home furnishing industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other textile design software (e.g., NedGraphics, CorelDRAW).
• Strong understanding of fabric types, weaving techniques, printing processes (screen/digital/block), and surface embellishment.
• Proven portfolio of home textile designs (preferably cushion covers, bedsheets, rugs, or carpets).
• Excellent color sense, attention to detail, and design aesthetics aligned with global and domestic décor trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to international markets and design sensibilities (e.g., US, UK, EU buyers).
• Experience working with export houses or brands specializing in home décor.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends in textile design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
