TEXTILE DESIGNER

Staying updated with the latest trends in textile design, colours, and materials is essential to ensure that our designs are fresh and market-relevant. Collaborating with vendors and production teams, you will oversee the accurate implementation of designs on fabric and recommend suitable materials based on fabric properties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD is a must, while basic knowledge of weaving, printing, dyeing, and embroidery techniques would be advantageous. Your ability to interpret design briefs, attention to detail, and strong artistic sense will be crucial in translating customer preferences into high-quality fabric designs.
