We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer with a strong focus on curtain styling and embroidery to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for designing innovative fabric patterns, embroidery motifs, and curtain layouts that align with contemporary interior trends. You will work closely with the production, merchandising, and sales teams to translate ideas into high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities: Design curtain styles, panel concepts, and pleating techniques tailored for residential and commercial spaces. Develop embroidery designs, stitch patterns, and placement layouts for different curtain fabrics (sheers, silks, linens, etc.). Create mood boards, color palettes, and fabric swatches based on seasonal trends and customer preferences. Collaborate with product development and sampling teams to convert designs into prototypes. Select appropriate threads, fabrics, and embellishments for embroidery work. Ensure design feasibility with respect to cost, fabric limitations, and production capabilities. Stay updated on the latest home textile trends, embroidery techniques, and industry innovations. Work with CAD or embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator) to digitize designs.
