Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Textile Designer role based in Kolkata. The Textile Designer will be responsible for creating innovative designs, researching trends, developing patterns, and collaborating with production teams. The role includes creating and refining textile designs, color palettes, and motifs to align with the company's vision. The designer will ensure that the final outputs meet both creative and technical standards, working in close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Design skills in areas such as Textile Design, Pattern Creation, and Color Theory
• Competence with software tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD for design and visualization
• Strong Research abilities to study market trends, materials, and innovations
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and quality
• Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across production and design teams
• 2-5 years Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
