Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create original textile designs for athleisure wear, blending luxury aesthetics with functional performance fabrics . Develop prints, patterns, textures, and color palettes aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends. Collaborate with the design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless translation from concept to final product . Research global fashion trends, textile innovations, and sustainable materials for product development. Prepare design boards, fabric swatches, and digital mock-ups for internal reviews and presentations. Liaise with textile mills, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. Maintain an organized archive of designs, samples, and production references . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field . 3 6 years of experience in textile design, preferably in luxury fashion, sportswear, or athleisure . Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and textile CAD software . Excellent understanding of fabric properties, weaving, knitting, and printing techniques . Creative flair with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines.
