Role & responsibilities Responsible for Overall P&L, Growth of Textile Chemical Business Planning of marketing strategy, targets, volumes with product and sales team Develop new avenues for sales outlets for consistent volume growth in domestic market Develop export markets for textile chemicals by aligning principals or in own private label brand for OEMs collaborating with Textile vertical sales team, tracking sales data against targets and Lab trials, plant trials, trouble-shooting of lost sales to achieve volume targets Provide special price approvals to sales team in discussion with pricing team., Customer visits and product trials along with sales team and OEMs wherever required or necessary Manage customer complaints and direct team for appropriate action Plan Technical support visits for existing clients, launching of new products Timely tracking of new business development pipeline- starting from sample to order Continuous monitoring of competition products, prices and reporting to PLM Head for aggressive action New complimentary product identification, capability building and marketing campaigns New Market Identification Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 08-12 Years in Textile Chemicals market and Technical Support Proficiency in English and Hindi is a MUST along with strong communication skills Ability to work independently, timely execution of responsibilities and problem solving aptitude is a MUST Past experience in textile chemical majors such as Dystar, Archroma, Huntsman and Pidilite, Textiel market experience in south, west region will be given strong preference Past experience in PAN-India and Global textile chemical sales will be given strong preference
