Content review and revision are essential aspects of your role, where you will conduct self-reviews and peer reviews, revise based on feedback, and ensure cultural sensitivity and ethical publishing standards. Guidance on visual and interactive elements to enhance comprehension, suggestions for interactive elements like quizzes and hands-on activities, and collaboration with instructional designers and editors are also part of your responsibilities. Adherence to project timelines, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and submission of deliverables as per milestones are crucial for successful completion of the project. Your qualifications should include a Masters degree in Education or relevant subject areas, minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development or educational publishing, strong understanding of pedagogical frameworks and child psychology, excellent writing and editing skills, and familiarity with curriculum standards and NEP 2020 guidelines.
