About the Role: Texo Prefab World is hiring a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in selling prefabricated container structures—including container homes, prefabricated site offices, portable cabins, and modular units. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who understands the prefab industry and is passionate about providing fast, flexible, and sustainable space solutions. As part of our growing commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales across sectors such as construction, real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, and government. Role Description: • Act as the technical advisor and product expert for clients on-site, helping translate their requirements into practical prefab solutions • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and architects to develop and present customized proposals • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to support the sales process • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders • Prepare and review project documentation, drawings, and quotations • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery and installation • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to foster repeat business and referrals Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings. Qualifications: • 1-4 years of proven experience in prefabricated homes or modular units • Sales Engineering skills • In-depth knowledge of the specifications and technical details of various prefab products Technical Support and Customer Service experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience • Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and presentation skills • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non- technical customers • Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused with strong problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Salary: *30,000 per month + incentives + commissions + expenses

Job description key responsibilities: Industry • Financial Transactions: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Construction maintain financial records. • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices and quotations accurately and on time. • Expense Management: Ensure the company's expenses align with financial policies and budgets. • Bank Reconciliation: Keep a close eye on bank statements and maintain precise financial records. • Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports and statements to guide financial decisions. • Data Analysis: Examine financial data and trends to provide valuable insights. • Payroll Handling: Manage the team's payroll, including salaries,petty cash, taxes, and benefits. • Record Keeping: Maintain organised financial records. • Audit Support: Play a vital role in internal and external audits to ensure compliance. • Tax Compliance: Ensure the company follows tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns. Requirements and skills • Proven 1-2 years of experience as a junior accountant • B.Com/B.a/MBA in accounting, finance or any other relevant field, is a prerequisite for this position. • Other desirable attributes include mathematical aptitude, analytical ability, an ability to keep documents well organised, and an interest in finance. • A junior accountant uses accounting software, so the ability to use and learn new computer systems is essential. • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications, MS Excel skills and familiarity with powerpoint presentations as well as relevant computer software such as SAP, TALLY etc. • Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA are a plus but not required. • AtTexo Prefab World, we're dedicated to excellence.
