As a Consultant at Cipal Schaubroeck, you play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our clients in various aspects of their financial operations. Your day begins with a comprehensive in-house training on the Beleids- en Beheerscyclus (BBC) and familiarizing yourself with our finance software packages. Initially, you will be part of the Service Desk team, handling customer inquiries through phone and email, gaining insights into our company's operations, and acquiring new knowledge. Your responsibilities will include providing training sessions on our Finance software, offering on-site support to clients, and assisting users in their daily tasks with our applications. Your expertise and support will be invaluable to our clients, and you will have a dedicated team for guidance and assistance. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic field such as Accounting, Accountancy, Fiscal Studies, or Economics. Strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are essential. Proficiency in Dutch is necessary as Cipal Schaubroeck primarily serves Flemish authorities, and occasional travel to client sites requires a valid driver's license.
