Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Kamailio Support Engineer located in Chennai. The Kamailio Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers using our Kamailio system. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with the customer support team, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role involves working closely with the engineering team to implement system updates and improvements. Qualifications Kamailio & VoIP Skills Skilled in Kamailio SIP server deployment and real-time VoIP routing Experienced in Kamailio for scalable SIP routing and VoIP infrastructure Proficient in Kamailio-based SIP proxy and registrar configurations Hands-on expertise with Kamailio for SIP signaling and load balancing Kamailio specialist with focus on SIP, NAT traversal, and VoIP security System Administration & OS Knowledge Proficiency in Linux System Administration and Unix Strong knowledge of operating systems and infrastructure Experience with telecommunication systems and VoIP technologies is a plus Technical & Analytical Skills Strong troubleshooting skills Troubleshooting and technical support skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Communication & Teamwork Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer support and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in a similar role is a plus 2+ Years Experience is mandatory
