We are seeking a highly skilled manual test engineer to design test suites and maintain them, responsible for testing software applications to identify defects, working closely with our development team to ensure the delivery of reliable and user-friendly software solutions. Your responsibilities will include having a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, designing test strategies, providing inputs for test plans, executing tests, managing the defect cycle in test management tools, aligning with business requirements, and sharing application knowledge with automation testers. You will also be responsible for post-build and pre-build test implementation, ensuring test strategies are aligned with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) standards, cross-browser testing, detailed test execution reporting, root cause analysis for defects, bug life cycle maintenance, and creating comprehensive test reports and documentation. Requirements for this role include 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, experience in Salesforce, writing and reviewing test strategies, cross-browser test execution, knowledge of XHAR network traffic information, GUI-based testing techniques, API testing using SOAP UI or Ready/REST API, report generation from test management tools, agile methodologies, and a willingness to learn automation testing. This position is based in Kolkata, and the working mode will be from the CK Kolkata office.,
