You will be joining Ashra Technologies as an AWS Java Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the software industry. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around Java, Data Structures, Algorithms, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, Design Patterns, Problem Solving, and knowledge of any cloud platform. You must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc. In addition, you should be proficient in engineering excellence, AWS CloudFormation, AWS DevOps toolchain, and practices. A strong problem-solving and critical thinking approach is essential along with the ability to take ownership of business problems and provide technical solutions. Your role will involve effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience with open-source technologies such as Apache Projects, Spring, and Maven. Expertise in the Java language, platform, ecosystem, design patterns, and principles is crucial. A good understanding of networking and security constructs specific to AWS is required. Having an AWS Associate or Professional Solutions Architect Certification will be advantageous. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience and be capable of managing a team of 6-8 resources in an agile-based execution methodology. Knowledge of Agile development techniques like Kanban, User Stories, and Pair Programming is necessary. Your contributions will include technical designs, decisions, architecture, direction, and estimation. Strong problem-solving and analysis skills are expected, along with proficiency in React, Redux with ES6. Mandatory skills include ReactJS >=16.x, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Middleware (thunk, RSA), Testing frameworks (Jest, enzyme, testing-library), Webpack/Rollup, and API libraries (axios, RSAA, etc). Additional skills in Cypress, Eslint, Router, ES 6/7 features, and Git are beneficial. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at one of the following locations: Pune, Chennai, or Bangalore.
