Job Title : Technician Location : Jubilee Hills ,Hyderabad Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation. The Technician will work closely with engineers and other team members to support daily operations, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Involving in EMI/EMC tests external facility PCB Card Assembled for SMD & LEADED type components Cable. Harness Wiring preparation as per Document. PTFE Wires, Potting & Conformal Coating Activities. Hi-Reliable soldering, SMDS components & De-Soldering. Crimping of wires, RF Semi-rigid cables work, Chip Components ICs Soldering. Circular and D Type, Nicomatic, Airborne Connectors Crimping. -Soldering Micro switches, Solenoid valves, wire Pull Testing. Electricals cable harness inspection like continuity, Retention and insulation. Inspection of Integrated cable harness in the section according to the routing diagram Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications. Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus. Qualifications & Skills : Diploma/ITI/Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant technical field. Proven experience as a technician in a related field. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
