Set up test environments using Docker/Kubernetes, mocking services, and stubbing interfaces. Ensure test data management and test reporting are built into pipelines. Performance, Security, and Reliability Engineering Define and enforce standards for non-functional testing: performance, load, stress, and security. Set up tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or K6, and integrate them into test pipelines. Work with security teams to support penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and secure code reviews. Test Governance & Metrics Define KPIs for quality: defect density, automation ROI, escape rate, MTTR, etc. Implement dashboards using tools like Allure, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, or custom dashboards. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on production defects to improve upstream processes. Collaboration & Leadership Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, Security, and Support teams.
