Your role will involve client-facing responsibilities, solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving the solution forward through application configuration, test case preparation, and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements using AIM or other prescribed methodologies, maintaining and enhancing Oracle SCM modules, conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews, and mapping client requirements against Oracle EBS SCM Modules. You should be capable of interpreting functional requirements, delivering designs from offshore, handling Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessions, assisting business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs, preparing quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases, conducting training, and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO). As an experienced professional with 7-11 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, you will be responsible for implementing solutions in modules such as Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, and Inventory. Your role will involve working closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. You will be involved in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements using prescribed methodologies, maintaining and enhancing Oracle SCM modules, conducting CRP sessions, participating in design reviews, and mapping client requirements against Oracle EBS SCM Modules. You should possess strong communication skills to effectively translate requirements into design documents and lead and mentor team members. Your ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver quality solutions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be required to prepare test scripts and test cases, conduct trainings, and support the Project Management Office (PMO). Your educational background should include a Professional or Management Degree. Business travel may be required for client site work, and having a valid passport is a must. Your role will also include designing module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion context, conducting Solution Design/Functional Fit-Gap/Training/Testing sessions, and providing support during CRPs/SITs/UATs. Ensuring the preparation of quality deliverables, test scripts, test cases, and conducting trainings will be key to your success. Moreover, your support to the Project Management Office (PMO) will be instrumental. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills to translate requirements into design documents, proficiency in documenting using OUM or similar methodologies, and effective customer handling skills to lead and mentor team members. Your ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, and solve problems analytically are essential. The role also requires quick acquisition and application of complex business knowledge, teamwork, adherence to release management processes, multitasking while focusing on release priorities, and holding a valid passport due to potential client site work and business travel. For this position, a CA/CWA/MBA-Finance qualification is preferred.
