Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience for Intermediate Position and 8+ yrs for Expert Position in full stack development, with a strong focus on Java and React JS . Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. Experience with version control systems like Git. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in wholesale credit risk. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of microservices architecture.
