Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, focusing on Salesforce platform testing. - Serve as a QA expert within the SFDC environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct manual and automation testing to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions. - Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases covering all aspects of the application effectively. - Apply your knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes to identify and address potential issues. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities by proactively identifying and resolving defects and issues. - Develop innovative testing strategies and approaches by thinking outside the box. - Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, specializing in automation testing. - Proven expertise as a QA expert within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies. - Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and outside the box. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
