You will be working in the Chemistry department with locations in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Gurgaon. You will report to the Senior Director/Manager. As a suitable candidate, you should hold a Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Science, Pharma, or Food Technology. A Bachelor's Degree in Science, preferably in Food/Pharma Chemistry or equivalent technical and business experience is desirable. Your role will require a strong understanding of the Food or Pharma Testing Industry, along with good contacts within the manufacturing sector. Familiarity with regulations such as FSMA, ISO17025, and testing related norms will be advantageous. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of regional languages is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for client interactions, report preparation, and maintaining internal and external communication. You should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The role demands multitasking abilities, composure under pressure, professionalism, discretion in handling confidential matters, and a proactive and goal-oriented approach. Your responsibilities will include achieving personal sales targets, identifying potential customers and sales opportunities, contributing to strategic marketing plans, and actively seeking market opportunities. You will be required to develop commercial contracts, acquire market information, deliver presentations, and manage customer communication effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new technologies are essential technical skills. The position primarily entails working in a virtual/regional office environment with occasional travel to client sites and company locations across India. In summary, as a candidate for this role, you should possess a strong educational background in Science, Pharma, or Food Technology, along with industry knowledge and excellent communication and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include sales target achievement, market analysis, contract management, and customer communication, among others. Technical proficiency, adaptability, and willingness to travel are key requirements for this position.,
