Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all testing activities for a software development project from initiation to completion. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for projects, meticulously defining test objectives, creating detailed test cases, and outlining test scenarios. Conduct thorough test reviews and collaborate closely with the development team to efficiently identify, log, and resolve defects and issues. Develop and maintain all necessary test documentation, including detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and comprehensive test reports. Manage the testing environment effectively, which includes setting up appropriate test environments, managing test data, and ensuring that all necessary testing resources are readily available. Oversee the testing budget, which involves accurately estimating testing costs, tracking expenses diligently, and managing resources to stay within allocated budget limits. Required Skills: Experience in managing testing activities for software development projects. Proficiency in developing and implementing test plans. Ability to conduct test reviews and collaborate with development teams for defect resolution. Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation (plans, cases, scripts, reports). Skills in managing testing environments, including setup, test data management, and resource allocation. Capability to manage testing budgets, including cost estimation and expense tracking
