You will be joining E2M Solutions, a top full-service white-label digital marketing partner for agencies with headquarters in India, catering primarily to US clients. With a team of 250+ professionals and over 300 agency partnerships, we have successfully delivered 8,000+ projects, focusing on website design & development, WordPress development, eCommerce solutions, SEO, and content marketing. As a QA Lead, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the QA team across various CMS and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and GoHighLevel CRM. - Conducting manual QA for website builds, custom functionalities, eCommerce flows, landing pages, and third-party integrations. - Creating and overseeing test plans, test cases, and QA reports for functional, UI/UX, and responsive testing. - Ensuring quality checks for content migrations, plugin/theme updates, form validations, checkout flows, and website audits. - Developing and refining scalable QA processes and SOPs tailored to high-volume web delivery environments. - Collaborating with developers and project managers to synchronize QA checkpoints with development objectives. - Identifying automation opportunities and utilizing tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Katalon to enhance regression cycles. - Leveraging AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Percy, Applitools) to improve visual and functional testing coverage. - Tracking issues using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, TestRail). - Mentoring and supervising junior QA team members, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a quality-first mindset. Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in web-based QA with a focus on WordPress, Shopify, and/or BigCommerce websites. - Proven experience in testing WordPress sites with ACF, Elementor/WPBakery, custom themes, and third-party plugins. - Strong understanding of Shopify functionality, theme customization, and store backend processes. - Hands-on experience with website QA audits, cross-browser/device compatibility checks, and responsive design validation. - Experience in team leadership, task delegation, and QA delivery ownership. - Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM testing is a plus. - Ability to work effectively on high-priority, quick turnaround projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred skills and tools include: - Experience with AI/visual testing tools like Percy, Applitools, or Testim.io. - Knowledge of automation using Playwright, Katalon Studio, Cypress, or Selenium. - Proficiency in writing or maintaining basic test automation scripts (JavaScript, Python, or Java). - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Lighthouse is beneficial. - Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for integrated QA processes.,

As a Testim Web Automation Engineer at Indium, your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for Web and API applications using TESTIM. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into automated test scenarios. Building and managing test suites to ensure coverage across functional, regression, and integration layers will be essential. Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps will also be part of your role. Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and providing actionable feedback to development teams will be critical. You will participate in sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Supporting test automation best practices, contributing to framework enhancements, and promoting reusability will be expected from you. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test automation with a strong focus on Web testing. Hands-on experience with TESTIM.io is mandatory. A solid understanding of Selenium WebDriver, JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred), or other automation libraries is required. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions is a must. You should possess strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be interacting with stakeholders, explaining technical issues clearly, and driving outcomes. Proficiency in REST API testing using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or similar is a plus. Experience with Test Data Management, mocking tools, or service virtualization will be beneficial. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP for test environments is also advantageous.
