You have proven experience as a QA Analyst with a strong focus on automation. Your responsibilities will include solid knowledge and understanding of SDLC & Bug Life Cycle Management, driving the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile processes, designing and implementing automation test strategies, and developing and maintaining test automation frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Your role will involve executing manual & automation testing, analyzing results for discrepancies and defects, and meticulously documenting test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. You must have good experience in Browser Stack & Accessibility testing, exposure in Load testing frameworks, and the capability to create performance test strategies. You will be responsible for preparing & reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas. It is crucial to have solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, along with hands-on experience using automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright. Your ability to create In Sprint automation with proper coverage for sprint releases is essential, along with hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as TestNG and BDD. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python is required, along with experience in setting up CI/CD Pipelines for automation execution of deployments. You should be able to translate Non-functional Requirements into Performance test cases, develop and execute Performance testing plans and scripts using JMeter, and have hands-on experience in API testing through different approaches like Testfully and Postman. Working experience in a SAFe Agile environment, hands-on experience in Eclipse, Maven/Jenkins, and database testing are also necessary. Extensive experience in End-to-End Automation Test Design and creation, coordination with Dev and PO teams, and assisting in RCA of defects are part of your responsibilities. Knowledge of Azure Devops is a plus, as well as good knowledge of Web Development. It is required to have good knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. You must exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and teaching skills. A B.Tech or Bachelors Degree in a related discipline is mandatory for this role.
