Testers Automation / Manual / Selenium

As a Software Tester (Manual & Automation) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications through manual testing and identifying defects. You will design, develop, and execute automated scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium and Appium. Your role will involve documenting and reporting test results clearly, tracking bugs, and ensuring timely resolution. Collaboration with the development team is crucial as you will need to understand product changes, functionalities, and work together to resolve identified issues. Active participation in test planning, test case creation, execution, and maintenance is expected. You will be conducting regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing and providing feedback to enhance software usability and improve product reliability. To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit. Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and defect tracking is essential. A solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and software testing principles is required. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, are key attributes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of scripting languages such as Java and Python, and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
