ob Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior ETL/DB Tester with deep expertise in data validation and database testing across modern data platforms. This role requires strong proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like Talend, ADF, Snowflake, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced data engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for ETL and database validation processes Validate data transformations and integrity across multiple stages and systems (Talend, ADF, Snowflake, Power BI) Perform manual testing and defect tracking using Zephyr or Tosca Analyze business and data requirements to ensure full test coverage Write and execute complex SQL queries for data reconciliation Identify data-related issues and conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with developers Track and manage bugs and enhancements through appropriate tools Optimize testing strategies for performance, scalability, and accuracy in ETL workflows Mandatory Skills: ETL Tools: Talend, ADF Data Platforms: Snowflake Reporting/Analytics: Power BI, VPI Testing Tools: Zephyr or Tosca, Manual testing Strong SQL expertise for validating complex data workflows Good-to-Have Skills: API Testing exposure Power BI Advanced Features (Dashboards, DAX, Data Modelling)
