Currently, we are looking for a talented Oracle CPQ Cloud Senior Resource to join our team What Youll Do: Consult on AST s CPQ Cloud engagements, including implementations and upgrades Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements Work on gathering requirements and development of Inbound and Outbound integrations between Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Oracle Field Service Hands-on development experience related to Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Integrations, Email Templates, Steps, BML, Commerce, and Configuration Layout Design Hands-on development experience related to Pricing Engine, BOM Mapping, System Configuration Provide subject matter expertise on industry-based Service processes, including Activity and task management, SLA/milestone configuration, Analytics etc. Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing What You Bring: Minimum of 8 to 12 years consulting in implementation across multiple clients and solution offerings with experience on the fusion service cloud implementations. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Sales/ERP modules is a plus. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing and Management Team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has a mix of CRM processes including architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/workshops, and complete solution architecture definition. Defect Management: Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing after defect fixes to ensure stability. UAT Participation: Validate that the solution meets business requirements with users. Data Migration: Verify data migration and integration with other systems. Test Data: Create and maintain test data. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the testing process. Collaboration: Work with development, business analysis, and other teams to ensure quality. Staying Updated: Monitor new Salesforce releases and suggest changes. Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing and analyse system performance. Communication: Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders. Key Skills: Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in the Salesforce platform and its functionalities. Testing Skills: Strong testing skills, including test planning, execution, and defect management. Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
