Good understanding of functional and technical knowledge on IBP demand, Supply, Inventory and S&OP modules Should be able to hands on the solution configuration and delivery as needed Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations. Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement. Configure and test the SAP IBP system to meet the business requirements as in when needed What You Need Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering/Information Technology, or related technical discipline A minimum of 6 years of experience in HCI/CI-DS Configuration with SAP IBP tool integrating SAP/S4 Hana/ Other Applications- CRM, BW, SNOWFLAKE, QLIK etc At least 2 Full cycle SAP IBP/ CI-DS implementation experience with Demand, Supply, Inventory & S&OP modules. Hands on Experience in configuration HCI/CI-DS tasks/ Jobs, Process flows, Data extractions, Data Loading, Writeback Tasks, Configuring or creating Data Stores, Web Service functions & calls etc Master Data, Transactional Data for Data Load & Extract, Creation of Process flow, Writeback Tasks to create PR/STR/Planned Independent Requirements in SAP ERP etc Ability to do reverse engineering in understanding HARMAN SAP - IBP/ CI-DS tasks, Process flows and build the future change request. Assist in project management, implementation planning and test approach / planning. Works with external business partners when required. What is Nice to Have SAP IBP functional experience with Master Data, Key Figures, Planning areas, Operators etc. Functional knowledge in Demand, Supply, Inventory & S&OP modules. The ideal candidate will be supporting the system design and implementation of 3P supported change management initiatives related to Amazons benefit program goals and objectives for Non-US countries. Thereby ensuring seamless transition for our critical stakeholders and customers (Employees). The candidate should be adept in developing and implementing change management strategies that improve operational efficiencies and employee experience. Monitoring and Investigation of Tech Issues: Deliver mitigation by monitoring tech related issues related to employee benefit enrollment, eligibility changes, reports and pay deductions Investigate, triage, conduct root cause and mitigate issues within the framework of service level agreement. Continue to track open issues with tech teams till resolution through code fix and support UAT Proactive mitigation: Monitor issue tracking dashboards on a regular cadence and proactively execute mitigation strategies to avoid future escalations from employees. Monitor issue tracking dashboards for any new root-cause investigations, blast radius and writing SOPs on mitigation strategies Collaborate with operations, SMEsand other stakeholders in prioritizing, identifying root cause and implement mitigation strategies to avoid any further escalations.
