Role Overview: You will be responsible for testing JDE Order to Cash Functional Consultant and other modules, with a focus on Sales and Distribution. Your role will involve leading a QA team, understanding business processes from a customer perspective, facilitating JDE module implementations, and providing system solutions for complex business process requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in test strategy, planning, test automation, and improving test coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Test Estimation, Planning, and Managing the Testing Team for JDE Implementation and Upgrades - Formulate/review software testing strategies for all projects under the business line - Provide technical design and development guidance to the testing team - Collaborate with stakeholders for demand planning and forecasting - Ensure testing engagements follow test principles, guidelines, and project standards - Evolve testing practices to ensure operation, performance, and usability - Identify opportunities for system improvements and define projects accordingly - Develop a testing roadmap focusing on reusability, test automation, and continuous improvements - Manage relationships with other IT technical teams such as Dev, DBA Admin, and infrastructure - Recruit, train, allocate, and monitor testing resources - Prepare, review, and present test reports - Analyze test results and metrics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - 5-7 years of experience in testing, with at least 3+ years specifically on JDE Order to Cash Functional Consultant and other modules - Experience in leading or managing a 10+ member QA team - Proficiency in Sales order entry, Consignment Process, Advance Pricing, Service and warranty management, Logistics, Sales Inquiry, and sales order reports - Working knowledge of interfaces, Inventory setup, Daily processing, Costing and Planning modules, and Global updates and purges - Knowledge of Test Management, Test Strategy, Testing Methodologies, Test Case Design, Reviews, and Defect Management - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is preferable - Experience in full cycle implementation and support projects for a minimum of 3-5 years (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description.),
