We are seeking a skilled service technician to join our team. As a service technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues in our customers" machines. This role will also involve traveling to various locations to conduct demos, repairs, and training sessions for our customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with installing and testing products, as well as providing detailed instructions on product usage to customers. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the machines you will be working with. Collaboration with Overseas Dealers and Customers is essential, and you will be expected to promptly resolve product issues and damages. Physical fitness is required for handling heavy equipment effectively. The Service Technician will report to the HOD- All India Service and will be responsible for: - Installing, repairing, and testing company products, farm equipment, and machinery - Instructing customers on the proper usage and maintenance of their devices - Providing technical support through various communication channels - Addressing customer queries related to machine maintenance - Conducting regular servicing of KisanKraft products, filling out detailed reports, and maintaining service records - Promoting the company's services and products - Keeping up-to-date with technical and mechanical skills The ideal candidate should have: - 2+ years of experience in the automobile industry, particularly working with petrol/diesel engines as a technician or mechanic - Proficiency in speaking the local language/Hindi - Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering This position requires travel for product demos, repairs, and other related activities.
