Develops process assets and other reusable artefacts based on learnings from projects Routinely connects with SMEs to ensure delivery approach considers downstream requirements Proactively participates in and suggests ideas for practice development initiatives Actively shares knowledge and points of view within the team and within relevant communities of interest
