Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking an individual contributor with experience in Automation using Selenium and Performance testing using Jmeter to join the QA COE team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with SA/Dev/QA teams to execute STLC, create test artifacts, and generate reports. You should possess strong automation skills and a passion for developing, maintaining, and executing automation test suites using open-source or in-house frameworks. Expertise in Selenium scripting and Performance testing using Jmeter in both Windows and Linux environments is essential. Additionally, you should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Python and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes. Knowledge of Jenkins, Python, and exposure to DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, as well as monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog, are advantageous. Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role, along with ensuring project deliverables meet requirements and processes. Minimum qualifications include 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree. Candidates with 6-10 years of experience in testing API, web, and backend applications in Linux and Windows environments are preferred. Hands-on experience with Jmeter and Selenium, familiarity with Maven, TestNG, Jenkins, Splunk, and GIT, and working knowledge of Python are desirable. Exposure to DevOps, cloud technologies, and monitoring tools like Kubernetes and Docker is a plus. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream, preferably with a specialization in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
